Can you believe it’s August already? In many parts of the country summer is coming to an end though here in Florida we’ll be waiting until October for the first cold front. Journaling is a great way to spend some non screen time when you’re stuck in the house. It’s a great way to practice soul care and document what’s going on in your life.
